Responsibilities

  • This person will be responsible for inventory management, which may include
    • 3PL Receiving Documentation
    • Inventory Tracking
    • Demand Planning
  • This person will be responsible for order surveillance & remediation, which may include
    • Working with the client success team and outside partners to remediate and/or replace failed or problem orders, including manual data entry at times
    • Monitoring outstanding orders at our fulfillment and lab partners to ensure kits progress and meet expected turnaround times
    • Troubleshooting directly with operations, client success, and engineering teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • This person will be responsible for operations reporting, which may include
    • Developing reports to help identify new or common issues affecting multiple kits and/or clients
    • Helping to maintain operations ticketing system, carefully labeling, denoting, and tracking each issue for internal tracking and transparency
    • Use reporting functions from operational databases to analyze operations and identify areas for improvement

Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in excel and spreadsheet management, including using formulas to create living documents
  • SQL familiarity
  • TYPE A Personality - strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to follow SOPs and create your own
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable in a role that combines elements of multiple disciplines (customer success, technology, account management, project management, etc.)
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects or work streams at once
  • Comfortable identifying and resolving basic to intermediate issues and escalating when necessary
  • Has the operational & intellectual horsepower to both learn subject matter quickly & build processes to train others
  • Is an excellent communicator with comfort and competency talking to people all day
  • Believes deeply that the future of healthcare needs to be better and is driven by the opportunity we have in front of us to make it a reality
