This is an in-person role in our NYC office with some flexibility to work remotely.

About the Role:

Ash Wellness is looking for a meticulous and driven operations associate with experience in medical supply chain and/or warehouse management. This person should be familiar with the day-to-day processes, terminology, and practices of medical supply sourcing and warehouse management. The Logistics and Supply Chain Associate will be responsible for keeping the physical product flowing through Ash’s warehouses.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily support of the warehouse team
  • Point of contact for CS/Ops team's warehouse requests
  • Track and manage inventory at warehouses
  • Prepare regular demand forecasting analyses for accurate sourcing
  • Track purchase orders, invoices and receiving documentation
  • Supply inventory data to accountants for COGs
  • Manage standing orders of supplies
  • Negotiate pricing with vendors
  • Work with the design team to source printed materials
  • Work with labs to source reagents/media
  • Work with manufacturers to source custom kit components
  • Draft, organize, and document kit BOMs
  • Work with the patient experience team to refine kit manufacturing

Requirements:

  • Experience in inventory management
  • Skilled at managing vendors and external teams
  • Familiarity with medical suppliers and manufacturers
  • Able to build and maintain a database (SQL, Excel or other)
  • Demand forecasting
