About the Role:

Ash is searching for an innovative and driven individual with 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare space who has had roles similar in nature to a Product Marketing Manager. This person will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive the adoption and success of Ash's product offerings. The ideal candidate will be creative, innovative, and scrappy - able to create and deliver best-in-class product marketing assets. This role is essential to Ash's current objectives and future strategic plan/growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Marketing Campaigns:
    • Refine marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at enhancing product enrollment and boosting engagement metrics
    • Work with sales, product, and brand teams to produce engaging material to drive leads in target sales verticals
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
    • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches and announcements.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
    • Analyze competitor offerings and market positioning to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Customer Insights and Feedback:
    • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
    • Develop customer personas and use cases to guide marketing and sales efforts.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Develop sales tools and materials to support the sales team in each part of the sales funnel, including one pagers, presentations, sales demos, and more.
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively sell Ash's products.
