About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our sales team and play a pivotal role in driving new business growth. You will work closely with executives and leaders at healthcare services firms, digital health organizations, public health organizations and health plans, selling complex, knowledge-based solutions within the healthcare industry. This role requires a self-starter with a proven track record of managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Work with Ash leadership to understand sales and broader company goals and develop sales strategies to meet our targets
- Identify and pursue leads that meet our ideal customer profiles and are likely to close
- Lead high-value sales conversations by aligning our solutions with customer needs and goals.
- Conduct presentations, demos, and negotiations to secure new business.
- Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by acting as a trusted partner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing client needs promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored solutions.
- Market Research & Feedback:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and potential partnerships.
- Provide valuable feedback to the product team to refine and enhance offerings.
- Reporting & CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
- Deliver regular performance reports, market insights, and client feedback to management.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales and/or business development experience.
- 2+ years of experience directly leading and managing enterprise sales from initial conversation through close.
- Experience selling healthcare technology to provider organizations strongly preferred.
- Passion to improve the ability for healthcare organizations to meaningfully connect individuals and their families with the right care.
- Familiarity with the use of a CRM and use of a data-driven approach to efficiently document and communicate is expected.
- Strong verbal - both in person and remote - and written communication skills. Able to articulate complex concepts to both prospective clients and Ash leadership.
- Excellent track record of consistently exceeding expectations, goals, and quotas.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to leverage GSuite and common business applications.
- Willingness to travel.
