This is an in-person role in our NYC office with some flexibility to work remotely.

About the Role:

Ash Wellness is looking for a meticulous and driven operations associate with experience in medical supply chain and/or warehouse management. This person should be familiar with the day-to-day processes, terminology, and practices of medical supply sourcing and warehouse management. The Operations Analyst (Logistics) will be responsible for keeping the physical product flowing through Ash’s warehouses.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily support of the warehouse team
  • Point of contact for CS/Ops team's warehouse requests
  • Track and manage inventory at warehouses
  • Prepare regular demand forecasting analyses for accurate sourcing
  • Track purchase orders, invoices and receiving documentation
  • Supply inventory data to accountants for COGs
  • Manage standing orders of supplies
  • Negotiate pricing with vendors
  • Work with the design team to source printed materials
  • Work with labs to source reagents/media
  • Work with manufacturers to source custom kit components
  • Draft, organize, and document kit BOMs
  • Work with the patient experience team to refine kit manufacturing

Requirements:

  • Experience in inventory management
  • Skilled at managing vendors and external teams
