About the Role

Ash is seeking a creative and resourceful Operations Analyst to help support the behind-the-scenes workings of Ash Wellness. In joining the Operations Team, you will play an integral part in the operations value chain through working with vendors to source kit supplies; managing lab and fulfillment partners to ensure compliance with SLAs; completing monthly financial reports around COGS and margin analysis; and collaborating internally with engineering, client success, and product to manage and enhance internal processes and technical products.

The candidate for this role needs to be someone eager to learn, easily adaptable to change, have strong troubleshooting skills, and comfortability with partner-facing interactions.

Responsibilities

  • This role is accountable for partner relationship management and will have a heavy focus on managing fulfillment relationships, sourcing inventory, and lab troubleshooting.
  • Design, improve, and implement the processes, tools, and dashboards we use to run our operations, including weekly management of SLAs and the proactive identification and resolution of risk areas
  • Assist with cross-functional projects that may include demand planning forecasts, margin analysis, COGS management, and internal technical product enhancement.

Must Have

  • 1 - 3 years of applicable work experience in business operations, management consulting, leadership rotational programs, or operational roles
  • You must be intellectually curious, detail and deadline oriented, and enjoy identifying solutions to complex problems (primarily within the fulfillment and supply chain world)
  • Is an empathetic, collaborative person with experience working in fast-paced & high-growth environments
  • Data-driven mentality and strong business judgment. Ability to roll up your sleeves and analyze data to derive action plans from it
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to simultaneously manage multiple initiatives
  • Willing to dive in and do what’s needed, regardless of whether it’s in the job description
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build and manage strong relationships within your team and cross-functionally
  • Process-oriented. You have exceptional organizational skills and enjoy building scalable operational processes
  • Believes deeply that the future of healthcare needs to be better and is driven by the opportunity we have in front of us to make it a reality
